NEXT_LOCALE — remembers which language you are reading in.

ghbl_lang_pref — remembers that you chose a language, so we stop asking.

ghbl_lang_suggest — a short-lived hint (one hour) used to work out whether to offer you another language.

ghbl_lang_dismiss — remembers that you closed the language suggestion. It lasts for this browsing session only, so the offer may return on a later visit.

gmo_toast_dismissed — remembers that you closed the new-episode notice.

gmo_season_off — remembers that you turned seasonal atmosphere off.

Sign-in cookies (sb-…) — only if you have an account; these keep you signed in and are set by Supabase, which handles authentication.

gmo:journal:draft — an unsent Evening Pages draft, so you do not lose it if you close the tab.

gmo:journal:view — whether you prefer the list or grid view in your journal archive.

Episodes are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube does not set its usual advertising cookies until you actually start playing an episode. If you do press play, YouTube's own cookie policy applies.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work — it will simply forget your language and your dismissed notices, and you will not be able to stay signed in.
